Processing & Dispatch Times

All number plates are custom-made to order. We aim to process and dispatch orders within the selected timeframe from the date of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–12 working days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen delivery method. Please note, shipping outside of Ireland may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.

 

Delivery Issues

• Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.

• Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the plates and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For orders outside of Ireland, delivery times and costs may vary. Additional charges may apply based on the delivery location.
