How can I track my order?

You can track your order once your order has been processed and fulfilled.

When you then receive the dispatch email you should be able to track ypour order with the link provided.

Refund and Return Policy

Custom Orders & Cancellations

At Prestige Plates Ireland, all number plates are custom-made to order, tailored to each customer’s specifications, including registration details, design, and style. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before confirming their purchase. This includes:

• The correct registration number

• The chosen plate style, design, and size

• Any additional customisation details


Prestige Plates Ireland is not liable for errors made by the customer when placing an order.


Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure every plate meets our high-quality standards. However, if you receive a product that is:

• Faulty or damaged upon arrival

• Incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong registration, wrong design, or incorrect size)


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue

• Your order number

 

We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Returns

As all plates are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our side.
