When you then receive the dispatch email you should be able to track your order with the link provided.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

At Prestige Plates Ireland, all number plates are custom-made to order, tailored to each customer’s specifications, including registration details, design, and style. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before confirming their purchase. This includes:

• The correct registration number

• The chosen plate style, design, and size

• Any additional customisation details

Prestige Plates Ireland is not liable for errors made by the customer when placing an order.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure every plate meets our high-quality standards. However, if you receive a product that is:

• Faulty or damaged upon arrival

• Incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong registration, wrong design, or incorrect size)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue

• Your order number

 

We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Returns

As all plates are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our side.

We will accept exchanges of non-Personalised products, within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Only NCT-compliant number plates are legal for use on Irish roads. These are the only plates designed to meet the regulations required to pass the NCT.

For a number plate to be NCT compliant, it must:

• Display the correct Irish registration font and spacing.
• Include the county name and IRL identifier where required.
• Be clearly visible and easily readable from a distance.
• Use approved character sizes and plate dimensions.

While 3D, 4D and 5D styles are popular, they are only legal when manufactured to NCT-compliant specifications. Plates that use incorrect fonts, altered spacing, tinted backgrounds, or characters that reduce readability may fail the NCT and could result in issues with law enforcement.

At Prestige Plates Ireland, we offer NCT-Compliant 3D Gel and 4D plates that combine a premium look with full road legality.

Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch and for custom orders before these have been processed. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
